DESCRIPTION:
Two story 4-Square/Praire w/Jacobethan details. Orange brick. Slate roof: gable roof w/front gable; half timbering; shuttered vent. Massive chimney on front w/multiple pots and herringbone brickwork. Tudor arch on entry porch w/gable roof and half timbering. Diamond paned windows on first floor. Recessed porte cochere on left w/second floor screened and latticed porch; shed roof. Open raised terrace on left w/iron rail.
OF INTEREST: This nine-room residence was a speculative home built for $15,000.
