width covered porch wraps to right. Solid tapering
piers w/brackets. Covered porch on second floor
in central portion of house; double front gabled

INTEREST:
The original residence, which was built for furniture store
owner M.P. Hawthorne, was torn down. The lot now
holds a house that was built in 1894 and moved from
lower Swiss Avenue in 1977.
