The
house, known by neighbors as the "Bishop's House,"
was built as a home and office for Bishop Lynch
of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Dallas and North
Texas. Its floor plan, with an office located at
the front of the house on the first floor, reflects
this function and need. At one time, the second
floor was divided into sleeping quarters for visiting
clergy. |
