DESCRIPTION:
The stark geometry is broken only by the use of Palladian influenced arches over the main floor windows and in the portico. The Doric columns of the portico and side porch incorporate a minimal inclusion of the Eclectic Mode in the design.
OF INTEREST: I.H. Weil was the owner of I.H. Weil and Company, a ladies' and children's ready to wear store. Mr. Weil and his wife moved into this $20,000 residence as newlyweds in 1920.
