DESCRIPTION:
Two story 4-Square/Prairie. Painted brick. Green tile roof; low hip roof; deep overhang; dormer w/hip roof and shuttered opening. Full width raised and covered porch wrapping to open terrace on left; porch roof extends to cover one story porte cochere on right. Shutters flank porch piers. Recessed two story wing on left rear (behind the open terrace).
OF INTEREST: The original owner of this home, Perry Arrington, was a real estate developer. In the late 1960s, Mama Cass from the Mama's and the Papa's band stayed in this house while in Dallas for a performance.
