DESCRIPTION:
Two story eclectic. Stucco. Composition roof. Gable roof; roofing material wraps eaves. Center dormer w/shed roof; twin front gables w/brackets and half timbering. One story center pavilion has broken triangular pediment, pilasters and Tonic columns. Full width raised open terrace w/balustrade. Heavily mullioned windows under flat arches on main floor. Recessed two story porte cochere on left; Doric columns. Recessed one story wing on right w/Doric columns and iron railing at roof level.
OF INTEREST: Hamilton Munger, a farmer and oilman, built his home across the street from his brother, Collett H. Munger.
