DESCRIPTION:
One and one half story pop-up bungalow. Stucco and wood siding. Composition roof. Double gable roof; repeated in full width porch roof. Iron lace porch roof supports; solid stucco porch wall. Recessed porte cochere on left (later edition). Extensive alterations have been made to the original style.
OF INTEREST: This home was originally built for a couple who moved to Dallas from California and who wanted a home indicative of the architecture in that state. The city tax records reflect that it is the smallest house on the street.
