DESCRIPTION:
Two story 4-Square/Prairie. Red brick. Composition roof. Hip roof w/double window dormer w/shed roof. Matching one story porches; open raised terrace between them (right one is entry portico, left is covered porch). Both have brick piers and iron railings. Prominent design of crossed in pier brickwork. Bank of five continuous windows on main fllor. Recessed two story wing on left. recessed one sotry porte cochere on right.
OF INTEREST: Despite statements by Robert S. Munger to the contrary, it can be assumed that this house was built for speculation since Albert Dines, a well-known contractor, built the house and soon sold it to M.B. Feagin, its first resident.
