Two story 4-Square/Prairie. Stucco. Composition roof. Hip roof w/wide three window dormer. Full width raised and covered porch wraps to left; second floor wing is bulti over wrap; gable and piers at entry; stucco porch wall. Stained glass window at upper left. Recessed two story porte cochere on left.
OF INTEREST: This home was built for Ben Stephens, founder of the Magnolia Petroleum Company and director of the Dallas Savings & Loan Association.
