DESCRIPTION:
Two story 4-Square/Prairie. Composition roof. Painted brick. Hip roof w/flat roof dormer; two rectangular openings either side of shuttered oculus. Entry porch w/hip roof, heavy brick piers and Doric columns. Banks of four windows upstairs and down. Recessed one sotry porch on left (enclosed subsequently). Recessed one sotry porte cochere on right.
OF INTEREST: The first resident of this home was William Lyons, owner of the Lyons Brothers Company, which manufactured vinegar and such non-alcoholic beverages as "Muscadine Punch" and "Mexican Hot."
