DESCRIPTION:
Two story 4-Square/Prairie. Painted brick. Composition roof. Hip roof w/deep overhang and paired brackets. Matched forward projections w/flat roofs on either side (one is covered entry porch; the other is enclosed sunroom, formerly a porch). open raised terrace w/corbeled brick wall between them.
OF INTEREST: Edwin Cole, the first owner of this home, was the president of Cole and Davis, a chain of retail dry goods stores in North Texas.
