DESCRIPTION:
Two.story eclectic w/Spanish elements. Orange brick. Dark brown concrete tile roof. Gable roof w/front gable over pavillion at center; shuttered vent. Stone quatrefoil window in heavy stone lintel over deep entry porch w/brick arches; flat roof. Arched French doors and iron balcony on second floor of pavilion; also French doors on first floor of pavilion. Three stair step windows on right w/cracked, leaded and irregularly shaped glazing pattern (identical pattern in French doors.) In 1987 a new wing was added on the left; three windows w/fan shaped transoms on main floor; second floor has three windows recessed behind corresponding brick arches. Full width raised open terrace w/brick piers. One story brick arched porte cochere on right.
OF INTEREST: The original seven-room house was built for $12,500. In 1988, the house was doubled in size with the addition of the entire left wing.
