DESCRIPTION:
Two story Tudor. Painted brick. Slate roof. Gable roof w/steep pitched double front gables; exposed rafters; finials. Low arched opening onto enclosed entry porch, Massive front chimney. Large scale deep-mullioned stair landing window on front pavilion; small arched window below. Ornamental plaster badges. Two story porte cochere on right.
OF INTEREST: Built as a speculative house by D.A. Barnett for $17,500, this home was sold six months later to Harry Eastman for $35,000.
