DESCRIPTION:
Two story Jacobethan. Red brick. Slate roof. Gable roof w/two front gables (top gable sweeps to form one side of roofline of lower gable.) Half timbering. Low arch of banded brick over entry porch. Patterned brick chimney on front. Heavily mullioned windows; flat archse; stone tabs; banded brick arches. Open raised terrace on left. Recessed one story wing on left. Diamond shaped panes in main floor windows.
OF INTEREST: This residence was built for speculation at a cost of $17,500, continuing the trend of building Jacobethan style homes on Swiss Avenue during 1924.
